Self-employed person, notary, enforcement agent
A self-employed person who has been entered into the commercial register is entitled to health insurance. Insurance data is submitted to the Health Insurance Fund by the commercial register.

If the person does not have health insurance on the day of data submission, insurance will commence after a 14-day waiting period. If insurance data is submitted while health insurance is still valid, insurance will continue uninterrupted on a new basis.
Insurance is suspended two months after the suspension of activity (incl. seasonal activity) is submitted into the commercial register.
The commercial register is obligated to submit data on the suspension and continuation of activity within 10 calendar days. Upon the termination of the suspension, health insurance will continue without a waiting period.
Insurance will be terminated upon making of the deletion entry in the commercial register. Health insurance will be valid for two months after making the deletion entry.
Termination data is submitted by the commercial register within 10 calendar days.
Notaries and enforcement agents are entitled to health insurance; their health insurance data is submitted to the Health Insurance Fund by the Chamber of Notaries or the Chamber of Enforcement Agents and Trustees in Bankruptcy.
