The health checkup for 2-year-olds helps assess the child’s growth, development, and daily habits. The visit focuses on movement skills, speech development, nutrition, and overall health. Attention is also given to sleep, screen time, and daily routines. If speech development is delayed, the child can be referred to a speech therapist. In case of progressive bowlegs (genu varum) or asymmetry of the lower limbs, the child is referred to a pediatric orthopedist.
